Zoom Elite Transport was established to fill a genuine gap in the Wollongong and Illawarra region — the need for a premium, reliable, and compassionate transport service that truly understands the needs of NDIS participants, aged care clients, and retirees.
Operating between Helensburgh in the north and Nowra in the south, we cover the entire Illawarra corridor with a fleet of modern, well-maintained vehicles ranging from sedans to 12-seater mini buses. Every vehicle is equipped to provide a comfortable, safe, and dignified travel experience.
We are proud to be an NDIS Participant Preferred Provider, meaning our services are accessible to participants using their Core Supports and Capacity Building budgets. We also work closely with aged care providers, supporting CHSP and Home Care Package clients with reliable, door-to-door transport.
Beyond essential transport, we believe in enriching lives through travel. Our day tours to Canberra, Jervis Bay, and the Blue Mountains, along with group transport to Sydney events like Vivid and concerts, are designed to keep our clients connected, active, and joyful.
