Detailed instructions on where to meet your Zoom Elite Transport driver at Sydney Airport, cruise terminals, and across the Illawarra.
Sydney Airport — Domestic Terminal (T2 & T3)
What to do on arrival

After collecting your baggage, proceed through the arrivals exit.
- 2
Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the Ground Transport / Rideshare pickup area on the ground level outside the terminal.
- 3
Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.
- 4
If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.
Important Notes
- •30 minutes complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands.
- •All flights are tracked — no need to call if your flight is delayed.
Sydney Airport — International Terminal (T1)
What to do on arrival
- 1
After clearing customs and collecting your baggage, proceed through the arrivals hall exit.
- 2
Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall — Meeting Area on the ground floor, just past the customs exit.
- 3
Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.
- 4
If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.
Important Notes
- •45 minutes complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands.
- •All international flights are tracked — no need to call if your flight is delayed.
- •For early morning arrivals (before 6:00 AM), please confirm your booking in advance.
White Bay Cruise Terminal — Sydney
What to do on arrival

After disembarking, proceed through the terminal building to the main exit on Mullens Street, Rozelle.
- 2
Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area directly outside the terminal exit.
- 3
Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.
- 4
If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

- •Please advise us of your expected disembarkation time when booking.

Overseas Passenger Terminal — Circular Quay
What to do on arrival

After disembarking, proceed through the terminal to the Overseas Passenger Terminal exit on Circular Quay West.

Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area on Circular Quay West, directly outside the terminal.

Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.
- 4
If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

Wollongong & Illawarra Pickups
What to do on arrival
- 1
Your driver will arrive at your nominated pickup address at the confirmed time.
- 2
Please be ready at your door at the scheduled pickup time.
- 3
Your driver will call or text you approximately 10 minutes before arrival.
- 4
If you need to change your pickup address, call 0430 676 626 as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- •15 minutes complimentary waiting time at homes, hotels or other non-airport pickups.
- •For early morning pickups (before 6:00 AM), please confirm your booking the day before.
- •We serve the entire Wollongong and Illawarra corridor from Helensburgh to Nowra.
