Sydney Airport — Domestic Terminal (T2 & T3)

What to do on arrival

  1. 1

    After collecting your baggage, proceed through the arrivals exit.

  2. 2

    Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the Ground Transport / Rideshare pickup area on the ground level outside the terminal.

  3. 3

    Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.

  4. 4

    If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

  • 30 minutes complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands.
  • All flights are tracked — no need to call if your flight is delayed.

Sydney Airport — International Terminal (T1)

What to do on arrival

  1. 1

    After clearing customs and collecting your baggage, proceed through the arrivals hall exit.

  2. 2

    Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall — Meeting Area on the ground floor, just past the customs exit.

  3. 3

    Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.

  4. 4

    If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

  • 45 minutes complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands.
  • All international flights are tracked — no need to call if your flight is delayed.
  • For early morning arrivals (before 6:00 AM), please confirm your booking in advance.

White Bay Cruise Terminal — Sydney

What to do on arrival

    After disembarking, proceed through the terminal building to the main exit on Mullens Street, Rozelle.

  2. 2

    Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area directly outside the terminal exit.

  3. 3

    Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.

  4. 4

    If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

  • Please advise us of your expected disembarkation time when booking.
  • White Bay Cruise Terminal address: Mullens Street, Rozelle NSW 2039.

Overseas Passenger Terminal — Circular Quay

What to do on arrival

    After disembarking, proceed through the terminal to the Overseas Passenger Terminal exit on Circular Quay West.

  2. 2

    Your Zoom Elite driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area on Circular Quay West, directly outside the terminal.

  3. 3

    Look for a driver holding a sign with your name.

  4. 4

    If you cannot locate your driver, call 0430 676 626 immediately.

Wollongong & Illawarra Pickups

What to do on arrival

    Your driver will arrive at your nominated pickup address at the confirmed time.

  2. 2

    Please be ready at your door at the scheduled pickup time.

  3. 3

    Your driver will call or text you approximately 10 minutes before arrival.

  4. 4

    If you need to change your pickup address, call 0430 676 626 as soon as possible.

  • 15 minutes complimentary waiting time at homes, hotels or other non-airport pickups.
  • For early morning pickups (before 6:00 AM), please confirm your booking the day before.
  • We serve the entire Wollongong and Illawarra corridor from Helensburgh to Nowra.
